This is the best place my family has ever stayed. It was clean and comfortable, the hotel was modern with the most amazing views. The staff were all so nice and when they saw us Checking in with our 5 year old they brought him his own robe and slippers for the onsen. We are going to make it a point to come back here.

room has only heat no room temp control working in winter, i guess! Room was spacious and beautiful several restaurants were just a few minutes walking distance all connected under one building

Breakfast and amenities quality are really nice. All staffs are very kind and helpful. Everything satisfied. So I would like recommend Muwa Niseko very strongly.

walkable to the gondola and downtown restaurants. Friendly staff and a ride to our Sapporo shuttle was included.

One of the best ski hotels at which I have stayed. Ski valet is awesome. Beds were great. Showers were great. Kitchen was well stocked. Location is perfect.

The staff here were wonderful. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was problem free and a great experience. The free breakfast was very nice with an amazing virgen from the dining room. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the general manager. I would definitely come back here again.

We stayed at Midtown for a week and it was great. They make it really easy to get around town with the free shuttle that runs on a frequent & consistent basis. Their ski room was clutch, saved us a ton of room in our actual room. The staff was incredibly helpful when it came to coordinating a bus to take us back to Sapporo, scheduled a small internal shuttle to take us to the Welcome Center in time. This hotel's location can't be better. Close proximity to the canal, art museums, the popular shopping street and bus access. Pleasant one night stay.

everything is perfect!

Great room with a stunning view of Mt. Yotei ! Just could not get enough of that . Food options were great too since I do not eat authentic Japanese food . And the Onsen is wonderful .
