"The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very friendly and polite. They accommodated our every need. There was a wonderful balcony and small garden, where we could enjoy Mount Fuji and relax while enjoying a cup of coffee. The room also had a separate washing machine with dryer, which saved us the trouble of having to go elsewhere for laundry. "Our ryocan room was perfect! Combined with the beautiful Kaiseki meal we were served, and the on site onsen. It felt like an authentic Japanese experience. The staff were very accomodating and the room was very cozy and clean. I'd stay here again any day."
