"The location is lovely and the onsen is very clean, but the hotel was extremely noisy. The roof shakes whenever someone walks in the room above. I got only 3 hours sleep here because it was so noisy. The hotel staff also didn’t inform us that you can’t have breakfast unless you register the day prior. "

"This was the highlight stay of our entire two-week trip! Absolutely beautiful hotel, stunning surroundings, convenient to Oishi Park. We were still waking up very early due to the time difference, so we went to the onsen to relax and watch the sunrise. It was wonderful. Every single staff member here was phenomenal and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and memorable. When we left, we said we just wanted to come back to Hotel Rakuyu for the entirety of the trip next time! Thank you for an incredible memory!"

"Stunning view of Mount Fuji. Hotel is very isolated and unless you have a car you will struggle to find anything. Staff at the hotel found it very amusing that we couldn’t beaccommodated for dinner and there’s is nothing to buy in the hotel. "
