「Bellissimo posto, una struttura accogliente, pulita e molto colorata! Personale disponibile e servizi ottimi. La stanza era un mini appartamento con cucinino e un piccolo salotto. Un po' faticosa la salita per arrivare in camera, ma si può chiedere un passaggio col golf cart! Il villaggio è in comune con un piccolo centro abitato, quindi bisogna condividere gli spazi comuni e lasciare ai condomini quelli privati. 「Essentially there were zero amenities but that seems to be primarily due to the historic nature of the building. Property was a spotless and quaintly beautiful, exceptional staff.」

「I didn't have the food so can not comment on it .Nice little bar and pretty cheap too. I fell when I was out and about and the staff were excellent especially one of the receptionist I can not remember her name she had glasses 🤓 It was very quiet at the time which I liked The only negative thing I can think of is the bed was quite hard」

「The hotel was very clean,room was lovely and spacious.As a solo guest I felt very safe and the staff were friendly Spa was amazing and relaxing. The breakfast was good but the food at dinner was not as hot as it could be and not too many choices but it was early in the season.」

「It was so fun for us. We didn't know about benidorm so much but hotel staffs was so kind so we had a great time. And when I lost my key of carrybag staff was so kind too. And poor was so fun too!! One bad thing hotel food taste was not good for us but we could enjoy another restraint :) anyway thank you so much everything they gave us so many good memories <3」

「The service (Stephanie and others) was outstanding! They made us feel welcome from the moments we walked in the door. The welcome glass of cava was a lovely surprise. We sat on the rooftop terrace one afternoon and felt quite spoiled when the delivered wine to us even though we were quite happy to carry it ourselves. We felt quite spoiled! The room was clean and lovely and the bed and pillows were extremely comfy. We will definitely return next year. A wonderful time in Altea! 」

「The room was very clean and refreshing design made us feel at home. The building is in a very nice location for walking to the old town and the beach. The staff were all friendly. 」

「3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself」

「Highly recommend. Good location if you've hired a car, easy access. Only 10mins from Oliva Nova Met. Plenty of shops and eating places within walking distance. Breakfast and evening meal good in the restaurant. Staff helpfull and friendly. Rooms very clean. Only complaint is they should have tea/coffee/ biscuit facilities in rooms, you had to ask for a kettle, which they will provide. So remember to take your own.」
