Booked this hotel at short notice just for a short 5 day rest with my wife and son. Very friendly staff and lovely clean hotel and gardens. Pool was very nice also and plenty of spare loungers. We really enjoyed our break and will definitely be staying again.

Nice big room, nice pool area but opening times could be improved, specially the roof pool why is it closed on a Sunday. Food breakfast and dinner very good range and quality. Shame that tea and coffee quality was poor. Also overpriced spa ! And parking. Was bit disappointing. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Had a great stay in August,lovely and clean.Receotion was very friendly and helpful. In our opninion you need a car.Not much around the surrounding area.Lots of graffiti too. The hotel itself is beautiful but would have prefered it if it was Adult only.Far too many kids. Enjoyed the Spa but had to pay think it would be better to have at least once to go free. Should not need to pay for car parking either.

Lovely complex. It is either new or totally renovated. The room was furnished beautifully. This included dishwasher, job, microwave and oven. There were no instructions on how to operate anything My only issue was that there was no crockery, plates, cutlery, pans etc. this stupidly had to be ordered from reception. They said this was to improve the cleaning process. Utter rubbish. It was to discourage use and encourage attending onsite dining. Disappointing to promote these facilities and then make it so difficult
