"Lovely place to stay and I can’t fault the staff and Hotel , they really know what they are doing . Room was spotless as were its amenities. If you want to pop into Benidorm then the Taxi isn’t too expensive but if you want to pay less then there is a bus too . You can use its sister hotel the Nucia Palms amenities too if you want a change and it’s literally across the road . The best praise I can give it would be I would stop there again ."

"Breakfast was crazy, not the hotels fault but children running around while you’re trying to carry hot food & drinks really isn’t great! That was our only ‘moan’ the hotel is really lovely and we’d definitely stay again."

"Dies ist ein sehr schönes, top eingerichtet und sauberes Haus. Es hat eine schöne Terrasse und einen wunderschönen Garten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein Carport für das Auto ist auch vorhanden. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt, ist sauber und schön groß. Vorab die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und während des Aufenthalts mit Herrn Thomas waren sehr gut und uns wurde alles beantwortet. Auch die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und haben uns sehr hilfsbereit Fragen beantwortet. Die Lage ist Ideal. Zum Einkaufen nach La Nucia benötigt man nur wenige Minuten, auch nach Altea sind es nur 4 km. Der schöne Kiesstrand von l'Albir ist auch sehr schnell über L’Alfàs del Pi erreichbar, dort gibt es auch weitere gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch ein Dialprix Supermarkt und eine Repsol Tankstelle sind direkt vor Belo Horizonte.An was man denken sollte, sind Mittel gegen Stechmücken (am besten etwas lokales). Unser Autan hat die Mücken nicht gestört und Citronella hat auch nicht geholfen. War wohl der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit dieses Jahr geschuldet.Alles im allem, würden wir diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder mieten und können es jedem nur empfehlen."

"Excellent stay - couple of little niggles in the room that could do with attention (peeling wallpaper in kids room, few cobwebs, bit of mould in the bathroom), but that is with me being picky! The grounds, pools etc were all very clean and tidy, no rubbish so everything is very well maintained and all public toilets etc were really clean. Buffet food was great as a whole with lots of choice for everyone and drinks both non-alcoholic and alcoholic were also great, with lots of choice. Liked the token for cups system, much better than using single use plastic everywhere. Pools were great and cannot fault the lifeguards, personally saw them attend to two incidents within seconds! Only niggle with the pools is the rough base in the big pool led to a few scrapes and the colour of the stones showing where it gets deeper could be a darker colour as the two incidents would probably not have happened if that was the case. Staff everywhere were super friendly, helpful and attentive at all times. Kids club was great for little ones, could be more for pre-teens to do at their awkward age and a decent park would be an amazing addition. We also loved the fact we could go back and forth between Pirates Island, the Aqua park and the 'zoo', meant the kids had no reason to moan about being bored. Younger ones loved the 'disco' but again there could be more for the 8-12 age bracket. Would definitely visit again and kids cannot wait to come back, so thank you!!"
