"Pleasant hotel, great location. Food was very good. Plentiful parking locally. Staff very helpful. Gym has been upgraded,, the stepper doesn't function correctly - as reported on our last visit about a year ago! Our room was large and functional but somewhat dated as are other areas of the hotel. Finally, the hotel was incredibly busy, but the staff throughout the hotel worked really well as a team and even under pressure remained upbeat and pleasant."

You were not permitted to take drinks into the dining room for evening meal, however it was not possible to order a drink in the dining room due to only 2 waiters trying to cope with a very large number of people. More serving staff required. Our table was not always cleared of dirty dishes, again not enough staff."
