"Staff were very friendly throughout making us feel welcomed. Hotel is in the perfect location to explore old town and the beach with a short walk to both. Room was perfect for the short stay and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choice to set you up for the day…..

Pool, well a non starter, queuing at 9.30 for 10am opening, couldn’t be bothered, although we managed to get a sunbed one day. Beds around us had towels on but were empty all the day we were there(10 till 3.30) went to beach rest of the holiday. Just a heads up the hill up to hotel is a big one, but there is a shuttle bus. Not sure where it picks up to get back to hotel as we always walked down. All in all we had a great time. It is what you make it."
"Honesty , for a budget holiday we got so much more than we expected. The Locarno is close to both the bars and the beach . The rooms had air conditioning in them for comfort. Cleaning was twice a week . The reception staff were great and it was open 24 hours ( no chasing around town to get your keys . There were 3 pools and a child pool to choose from. The best part was a young lady called Mar. she ran the
Kids club , and I have to say she was amazing. I traveled with 2 kids under 5 and they both adored her. If she is there next year, we will certainly go back. If you want luxury , this is not for you. If you want a clean aparthotel with good facilities and a good location and a kids club, this is a great option. "
