「Room was clean, but never cleaned during my stay. Staff was polite and helpful. Parking and check in was most inconvenient. Going from one location to another was not what I expected. 」

「We stayed in a spacious junior suite, which we really enjoyed. However, the room wasn’t well soundproofed, and we could hear highway noise at night. Overall, the room was clean, though the coffee machine could have been better maintained. The pool area was nice, but unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of service. Breakfast was fresh, and the location was very convenient. We would consider staying here again.」

「When we checked in we were given a room that reeked of marijuana. I realize that is Baltimore, however, for those of us that do not care for the smell, it was quite appalling. However the staff was quick to give us another room without question. The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The valet on the other hand was the worst, there was only one attendant and the hotel got very busy and it would take an average of 20-30 minutes to get your car.
