"Comfortable property but not appropriate location as it was noisy all night as it was facing a Main Street and vehicles moving all night. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area so that was convenient but that added to the noise. "

"Outstanding hotel and stay! We were staying here to go back and forth into NYC for Yankees games and other tourist stuff and this was the best decision we could have made staying here. Fantastic breakfast (can use both hotels as they share a common split lobby) and both were great. Room was nice, check in was fast easy and the lady at the front was super nice. Extremely convenient bus stop right outside to get in and out of the city and to NY Port Authority. There’s even direct buses from NYPA to the hotel late at night which was awesome. Great, free onsite self and valet parking accessible from the elevators. Will be back here on every future trip to NYC and NJ"

"I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place and was impressed by the overall experience. The staff were consistently helpful, and Abby at the front desk stood out with her kindness and warmth, making check-in and any requests feel effortless. Amenities at the hotel were great, offering plenty of options to enhance your stay. The room was clean and well maintained, which contributed to a comfortable environment though I felt it could have been a bit more comfortable in terms of (Bedding for longer stays.) The parking lot was very well lit, which added an extra layer of safety and convenience during nighttime arrivals. Breakfast setup was nice and clean, with a good assortment that started the day on a positive note. All in all, a solid choice for a stay with friendly service and strong amenities. I’d definitely consider returning to Hyatt Place for another visit."

"The room was comfortable as was the hotel overall. Unfortunately we had to visit the front desk at least once daily if not each time we returned to our rooms as our electronic keys did not work. It became increasingly frustrating over our five day stay there. The front desk staff did not offer any advice except to say to keep the keys away from credit cards, phones etc which we did. We have never experienced this at any other hotel that we have stayed at and would have appreciated a resolution to the issue by the staff who seemed to be aware of the issue without offering a fix for it. Other than that, it was a convenient location for us with easy parking and a comfortable room."
