"Our room was poolside and very loud. The pool should have closed at dusk but there were people in the pool well after dark. I'll make sure we're not poolside again."

"I accidentally booked the wrong date by one week. Front desk staff seamlessly worked with my 3rd party site to confirm my meeting mistake which granted me a refund & then booked me a nicer suite for a fair Price for the right dates. The pool was nice & relaxing t to use in the morning. Gym was clean & offered water & a scale. I really enjoyed being able to eat at the restaurant on site. The waiter was fabulous & food was yummy!"

"The front desk lady on tuesday 23rd June is a SUPERSTAR as arrived at 9am after traveling through the night ahead of schedule for a world cup match. She checked us into BOTH our rooms by 915am allowing us to get some rest before heading out party before the game !!"

"nice tourist class hotel.Gets alot of cruise ship passengers,air crews from the airlines. my room was clean and the bed was comfortable.Lobby bar was good as was the food. the lobby has an open floor plan,so the lobby bar is not a separate space in the building. the reception staff did a good job and were not asleep on their feet."

"Everything was clean and constant cleaning in common areas. Staff was very friendly when we did interact. Beach view was perfect. The pools were great especially the infinity pool but the Shipwreck Bar Pool was very unique also. I would stay here again. Only thing I did not like was paying $57/day to park in an almost empty parking deck across the street."
