"Loved it!! So close to everything and felt super safe as a solo traveler I walked everywhere and used the pool & water taxi next door!!! It was great! Good food options & the bar on 17th floor was truly amazing for the views !!"

"Well, we had fire alarms go off 3 times in the middle of the night with no explanation. So you get up run down the hall and there's nothing. The next day the explanation was oh, someone pulled it. The lazy river was shut down as well as another park. The one elevator was so jam packed it took forever to get on. I have stayed here before and loved it. The room had been cleaned but the mirrors were real foggy and the clocks had not been changed so it was fine. But the worst of all is I left a hand made blanket and I checked out at 3 am. I sent a text when I got to the airport. Was told to fill out a form which I did. I called when I got home at 8 am. The staff was not helpful at all and said I had to fill the form out. Now check out time wasn't till 10 am. Just go get my blanket please. Right? I emailed and emailed to zero avail. Just unacceptable. I shouldn't have left it but I just can't believe there was no help at all."

"ALL staff were polite and knowledgeable going out of there way to accommodate any and all of your needs. The grounds are beautiful and clean as are the rooms. This resort has numerous outdoor pools which were clean, warm and never really crowded. I would recommend this resort to anyone and would stay there again if in the Orlando area."

"Like Vegas, prepare yourself for a daily resort fee, which is billed after checkout. I don’t know why, this always seems to rub me the wrong way, best to be upfront at check in or before booking with this fee. The grounds are well kept, security is present, multiple free pools to choose from, the adult only pool preferable in my opinion.. The rooms are condo style with multiple areas, kitchen, living room, bedroom, bath and outer screened porches.,comfortable. Waterpark is basic and an additional fee, not a Wisconsin Dells, but adequate. Location to the popular attractions is first rate."

"They didn’t come inside to clean it at all the whole seven days. I had to wait to catch them outside, but they can throw the garbage away, but I had to clean it up by myself and give it to them. They didn’t do it for me. I didn’t not like that and on top of that, it was a lady knocking on my door. She was staying there too, but she keep knocking on my door saying if I was OK that the security guy was saying if I was OK and I went downstairs the next morning and they said they didn’t. It was a lie nobody was there just because of that I have to change the room. I did not like that at all. They had to change her, not me"
