"The staff was welcoming but informed us at check in that the breakfast, which was to be included, was going to cost 15 euro more. It was not worth arguing over but it definitely set a tone for the beginning of our Italian vacation in Florence. Luckily our places in Rome and Minori has no such issues. ..."
