"There is NO house number on the building. The host did NOT provide us with info prior to arrival, we had to message him to get access. It appeared that check in was at 4:00, but turned out it was 3:00. The actual property appearance does NOT look like the pictures online. Outside is overgrown, dirty and cobweb’s everywhere. Inside smells musty and gross. Flies everywhere, spiders in the bathroom and shower. It was not clean under the bed. There’s no bathroom soaps or wash clothes and the towels...

"Had a wedding in the area and it worked out great for an extended weekend stay. had one small housekeeping issue when we go there but Kevin was excellent and very prompt getting it taken care of. I would recommend staying there if you are in the area."

"The property is right on the water and everything was VERY clean. The host was very responsive to all questions, the house was well stocked with towels, blankets, kitchen needs, etc. The following did not take away from our stay, but can hopefully help any future visitors. The stairs in the house are steep, please keep that in mind for littles or older family members (same with the small hill down to the water).
