"If front office would insist on checking in guests via the computer set up at the lobby, maybe they should add another set up for when a guest’s reservation verification is taking a bit of time. Two machines should be ok. Very helpful and warm staff. We booked a suite, which is really spacious. The room assigned to us smelled like sewage, though. The room air freshener can’t mask the smell. Location is very good. Robinsons Magnolia is a great mall with excellent dining options. "

"This was my first time in Quezon, but not my first time in Citadines. I exclusively seek out Citadines in Manila and Cebu because trust me when I tell you, there is simply no other hotel that can beat the overall value and experience of a Citadines hotel. The price is always so good for the 1 bedroom apartments. They are always so nice and feel like a real home. The staff are all Five Star level and the hotels are located in the best area's with the best food, shopping and entertainment nearby.
