「Hôtel bien situé, près de la plage, des commerces et restaurants. Personnel d'accueil très aimable et serviable. Chambres un peu défraîchies mais en bon état. Petit déjeuner bon et copieux mais peu de produits frais en dehors des fruits.」

「First holiday away since a heavy spine surgery. Staff were welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable, kind. Recommendations to local attractions and explainibg how the taxi and bus system works (titsa app) allowing me to save money on travel and take the scenic routes. The hotel was incredibly secure ( as a woman, i felf very safe staying alone) and the outside and surrounding area is stunning, facilties are incredibly clean. Hands down, the best hotel i have stayed at. Highly recommend to anyone!...

「The hotel is in the perfect spot, it is in the center of everything, within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. This hotel is right across from yhe ocean so the views from the rooms are amazing. The staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Th breakfast buffet was great and there was a largevariety of fruits, vegetables, eggs and many many more options, I have dietary restrictions and always had lots of different foods to choose from. The rooms are simple but very clean....

「とても素敵なホテルでした。ビーチは近くにはないですが、ホテルの至る所に絵画が飾ってあり、美術館にいるような気分になります。スタッフの方も親切だし、部屋も広いし、ウェルカムワインもあり、至れりつくせりの素敵なホテルでした。朝食は毎日オープンより少し早めに行っても、笑顔で席に案内してくれました。素敵な思い出になりました。ありがとうございます。」

「Magifique hôtel sur les hauteur de Puerto de la Cruz.Bel espace piscine.Chambre propre et belle avec balcon.Restaurant avec un buffet varié et produits frais.Petit defeuner copieux.le personnel est sympathique.L'hotel est 15-20mn du centre et proche de la gare routière pour visiter la Orotavaet autes sites.Le + mini golf.」
