「Beautiful setting and overall a relaxing stay at Bahía del Duque. The pools are stunning, the staff incredibly friendly, and the resort grounds are lovely. However, the kids club could definitely be improved — it wasn’t very engaging — and the cleanliness of the rooms wasn’t quite up to 5-star standard. While the charm is there, the hotel is starting to show its age and could benefit from a renovation soon. Still, a solid option for a sunny escape in Tenerife.」

「Sometimes we had a difficulty to access wifi due to network problem in our room and at the entrance. However we think that the services were very good for us totally.」

「Très bon hôtel, idéalement situé avec un accès direct à la meilleure plage de sable noir de Adeje. Grand parking pour laisser la voiture. Le buffet le soir est varié avec bar à salade, un côté viande, un coté poisson. Les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisé et la taille de l’hôtel fait que les femmes de ménages commencent tôt, heuresement vous pourrez vous reposer au bord des 3piscines ou à la plage. Nous avons été début mai 2025 et il y avait majoritairement des personnes âgées.」

「12月24日-26日にstudioに宿泊。　 部屋は非常に広くきれいで長期滞在者用に食器が充実しており、大きな冷蔵庫もあります。 ベランダと非常に小さいプールがあり、プールは共用。　 時期のせいだとも思いますが宿泊した部屋は陽当たりが悪く、ベランダは寒いのでプールは利用しませんでした。　逆側の部屋（恐らくもう少しランクの高い部屋）は非常に陽当たりがよさそうで、少し奮発すればよかったとも思いました。 朝食のビュッフェは充実した内容でどれもおいしかったです。　また、２Fのレストランを夜に利用しましたが、夜景もきれいで味も良かったと思います。 周辺の五つ星ホテルのエントランスがクリスマスで盛大に飾られているのに比べると簡素でしたが、その分部屋が広く充実しており、私たちのニーズに非常に合っていて満足でした。 」

「サービス、施設は非常に良い。フロント、レストラン、スパの係の方はみんな笑顔で親切な対応だった。ビュッフェの食事は飽きることが多いが、毎日、スペイン料理の日、バーベキューの日など変化があり飽きることがなかった。コテージに宿泊したが、屋外ジャグジーが良かった。唯一の難点は室内の翌日にお湯を貯めると金属か砂のようなものが溜まること。総じて、よかった。」
