There is no pressure to do anything, it’s calm literally everywhere you go & it never felt busy at all. Breakfast options were amazing & the food when we ate in restaurants was also amazing! "We have not given a 5 star for the following reasons: - No quiet pool/areas in hotel for adults only. This would be easy to do with the pool on one of the levels. - Breakfast very busy and had to wait in line for several minutes for table. - On first day at breakfast we were not introduced to how things worked, just left to figure it out. - At breakfast sometimes tea/coffee arrived and sometimes it did not. - As a 5 star hotel I would have expected a fresh omelette station at breakfast. - Design of hotel has flaws … as quite a few apartments have their own private pool or hot tub I think there is the assumption that theses will be used to free up the main pools for apartments without private pools but this is not the case as we stayed directly above apartments with private pools and private pools were hardly used with those families going to the main pools thus meaning that there was the age old problem of limited sun beds and bed blockers with towels and no supervision of this. Pools too small for size of hotel with not enough beds. Not a 5 star hotel in our opinion."

"A really affordable place to stay in Tenerife. Easy access to places nearby such as shopping, eating out, pubs, beach and a free daily scheduled bus/coach shutter going to las vista beach in las americas. Room was great, 3 pools was a benefit as we wanted to peaceful holiday and the gym was great. Cleaning service was top class as we stayed for 2 weeks we got cleaning services every 3rd day, which was nice getting everything restocked and cleaned etc. free on street parking is nearby the hotel, if you rent a car, much useful. Staff at the place were very friendly and helpful. Much recommended. P.S it is on a hill so you have to walk up a steep incline to get to the hotel but that’s standard with most countries."
