"The classes at Activate were great. The children’s playroom was immaculate and beautifully designed. Our apartment and balcony with jacuzzi was incredible. The jacuzzi was definitely worth getting!!"

"We r just returning home after a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was brilliant from the staff, to the small details such as water, coffee & chocolate each day in your room, fresh towels by the pool every day (numerous times if u wanted), comfortable sun loungers, fresh towels in your room more than once per day. Breakfast is great also & really enjoyed the fact it isn’t crowded & importantly, there is space between sun loungers too. We will be back "

"We have been to number of all inclusive hotels and this was the best one we have experienced. The food was excellent (all inclusive) and although the hotel was a little dated it was spotlessly clean. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. We weren’t there with smaller children, but there were fun activities laid in for them in one area of the pool. We were only there 5 days so didnt really do any exertions but there seemed a lot on offer - definitely enough to occupy you for 2 weeks....

Surroundings and walks are great too. Top choice for Tenerife. Wifi not great in certain areas of the hotel."
