「Let me start by saying that our welcome to the hotel was excellent for our 7 day stay. We were greeted by the friendliest lady. I didn't get her name, but she made our welcome amazing. Long blonde hair originally from Belgium. She greeted us with a glass of Prosecco. A big shout out to Rafu who made every morning he worked a great start to the day. 「Séjour parfait L’hôtel est magnifique, la décoration est superbe! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Estefania boutique suite. La piscine est très jolie et il y a de nombreux espaces pour se poser. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Ne pas hésiter à choisir cet hôtel intime, loin des gros complexes de cette côte. Il y a des restaurants dans le village. Je recommande à 100%」

「The property is very well appointed and everything is kept very clean and in good condition. The downside is that the room we had very noisy plumbing running through it and the noise from the room above was intrusive.」

Some improvements suggest: hair dryer difficult to use, pillows too hard, lack of paper information explaining what the facilities were in the hotel ie, opening times of restaurants and their menu’s etc, therefore too much reliance on apps and QR codes,meaning customers having to do all the searching instead of having a folder in the room with everything to hand. 「海から近く、オーシャンビューの部屋を選び、正解でした。 部屋も広く、バルコニーにもテーブル、椅子が備え付けられているのも嬉しいポイント。値段も日本のホテルと比べれば割安です。 ホテル内の内装がかなり豪華でシャレている。 朝食と夕食をホテル内のレストランを利用しましたが、ビュッフェの種類の豊富さに驚きました。しかも美味しかったです。時間によってはピアノの演奏を聴けたり。 TITSAのバス停から歩いて向かったため、ホテルへの入口の入り方には迷いました。海側に入口がありました。変なところで、ケチってしまいましたが、基本的にはタクシーでのアクセスがおすすめです笑」

「屋内のレストランの食事は中の下程度、プールサイドレストランのサンドイッチ、軽食程度ならまあまあ食べられます。 プールタオル、WIFI、全てが有料で、あまり気持ちのいいものではありませんでした。予約時には100平米の2ベッドルームキッチン付きとのことだったのですが、100平米あるとは思えない広さでした。 文句を言うにも常にレセプションには列が出来ていて、何をリクエストするにも時間がかかるので、泣き寝入りする事が多かったです。 唯一の救いは、スタッフが皆感じのいい人だった事でしょうか。」

「清掃が行き届いた最高の眺望のホテルでした。 オールインクルーシブでしたが、食事もどれも美味しく飲み物のメニューも豊富でした。 エンターテイメントスタッフが子供達を盛り上げてくれ、家族全員で楽しめました。 」

「The dinner and facilities are great, some staff were not that friendly. There’s a vibration noise in our room at midnight and they were able to accommodate and offer us a new room. There’s not really places to refill water bottles as well.」

「とてもきれいなホテルです。数多くのプールでとても楽しめました！ 残念だったのは、子供向けアクテビティ（4歳から利用可能と表記）について事前に電話で問い合わせたところ、4歳以下でも保護者同伴で利用可能と言われましたが、実際には参加を断られました。またレストランが4つありますが、1つは休業、2つは似通った内容のブッフェ、1つはすぐ予約が埋まり利用が難しいため、ご飯には少し飽きが来ます。」

「Although located a 20-30 minute walk to the beach the room and balcony are large and the apartment had great views of the ocean. Centre of Playa de las Americas only a 20-minute drive away. Would stay again.」

「I stayed for 6 nights for sping holiday. Excellent entertainment staff. Very proffessional, very friendly, and very helpful 5 star entertainment staff. Room Cleaning staffs were also very friendly. Room was ocean view, and is in okay condition (Ants were running around but tolarable). Food was good for all inclusive hotel. Lots of options and kids loved it. If they can offer better quality coffee, it would be even better. However, reception was awful. They don't care at all about keeping guest...

「Easy check in and nice room on 1st floor facing pool . large bed , good powerful shower, reasonable number of English TV channels. Couple of settees and balcony. Good quality shopping centre nearby, Le Duque, 」

「I was satisfied in total, although there was a flaw on its service. I asked a man at the reception to arrange excursion to La Gomera, and he said he will arrange it and let me know later. However, he will never get back to me.」

「Enjoyed our stay at the Zentral Center. Stayed here now many times and find the staff very welcoming and friendly. The room we were given on the 7th floor had a good sized balcony. It was a good sized room and was cleaned with new towels every day. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a peaceful stay close to many bars and restaraunts.」

「Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à l’hôtel. C’est un hôtel ou tout est fait pour que le séjour ce déroule bien. Depuis la propreté jusqu’au activité en passant par la restauration et à l’amabilité du personnel. Et puis l’emplacement est idéal à quelque mètre de la plage m, non loin de l’accès à la autopista !!!! Vraiment satisfaisant. 」
