「The property is very well appointed and everything is kept very clean and in good condition. The downside is that the room we had very noisy plumbing running through it and the noise from the room above was intrusive.」

「Although located a 20-30 minute walk to the beach the room and balcony are large and the apartment had great views of the ocean. Centre of Playa de las Americas only a 20-minute drive away. Would stay again.」

「Great Hotel with great staff. We were in an excellence room with amazing views. We had breakfast and diner in the A la carte restaurant and service sometimes was a bit slow. Overall great hotel in great location.」

「クリスマスホリデー期間だったため、北ヨーロッパからのバカンス客でにぎわっていました。２階のocean viewの部屋でしたが、生演奏ライブのあるレストランがすぐそばにあり、夜は１２時くらいまでにぎわっています。初日はうるさいと思いましたが、２日目以降はバルコニーで楽しく聞いていました。浴室の排水に問題があった他は、すてきな滞在になりました。」

「This is a very nice hotel in the centre of Costa Adeje ,it has a lovely swimming pool and when we were there the pool was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The dining room shuts at 9.30pm with very little leeway which seems pretty early for Spain.」

Depuis la propreté jusqu’au activité en passant par la restauration et à l’amabilité du personnel. 「No information about breakfast at check-in. They didn’t tell me I need reservations for breakfast until I asked by call next morning. Someone knocked the door and open the room about 8:30am, it was scary. The shower room sink didn't drain well, so the bathroom was flooded by water. The hotel staff couldn’t understand what is “shaver” in English. And finally they couldn’t give me it because of Covid. The facilities were very good but service was so bad.」

「Lovely place, however there were many issues dealing with the front desk staff. They were lacking in knowledge of the property and handling the needs of the guests. Our room Wifi issues were met with excuses and "just go to the lounge". They said we could book the a la carte restaurant as part of our package, but it had been closed for some time.
