Wer das WiFi beruflich nutzen will, sollte sich vorher vergewissern, ob hier Verbesserungen vorgenommen wurden. In der zugehörigen Parkgarage gab es erhebliche Probleme. Der Automat gab auch bei mehreren Versuchen kein Ticket heraus und zeigte auch nicht an, ob die Zahlung angekommen war. Der am Automat angegebene QR-Kode führte nur zu einer Seite, von der...

「1人1部屋の予約のはずが、1人の予約に対して、複数部屋予約されていることが当日宿泊した同僚の連絡で判明、複数部屋が予約されていること自体を知る方法もなく、ホテル側に確認しても予約してサイト Hotels.com 側でしかキャンセルできないから、そちらで確認してくれと言われる。Web委記録上やメールの予約確認以外に予約したこともなく、記録もないため、Hotels.com に電話連絡しても複数予約が判明せず、まったく話が通じない状態に。。。メールをしても返信はなく、デポジットのアカウントに不明な予約分をチャージされることになり、最悪の状況に。 システム上で何か問題が起きたとしか思えないが、Hotels.com は一切反応なく、調査や対応もない。あまりに酷い対応、オンライン予約サイトの落とし穴、利用には十分注意ください。」

「Viajamos com 5 pessoas. Achamos que o apartamento acomoda melhor um numero menor de pessoas, mas no geral, gostamos bastante da acomodação. Achamos os itens de cozinha um pouco limitados para refeições no apartamento. Fica um pouco distante dos principais pontos turísticos, mas usando transporte publico conseguimos nos deslocar e cumprir o programado.」
