「Was very disappointed. Labelled ‘entire apartment’ ‘kitchen’ ‘1 bathroom’. It’s not an apartment it’s a room. Then it’s a shared bathroom with 2 other rooms. Not cheap, so I consider it mis-selling and have complained as such.」

「We staying in this apartment because we were attending a wedding in the area and the apartment was ideal for what we wanted. The bed was comfortable and fans were provided which were appreciated as it was warm at night. The water for the shower was hot too. We did use the hob to cook breakfast and found everything we needed in the kitchen. 」

「Lovely little town house. Warm, cosy and comfortable. The apartment wasn't available, but the company offered us a great replacement. Clean, comfy and nice. 」

「Our stay was good. Very clean, had stuff like coffee, tea, sugar, washing up stuff and was an equipt kitchen with fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave and hob. Was plenty of parking which was great. 」

「Our stay was great. The hosts were superb and wentabove and beyond to help us out. The place was fantastic and easy walking distance to downtown. I cannot thank the hosts enough for how wonderful they were in a difficult time for us as we navigated our mum’s death and funeral. 」

「I truly adore Palm Tree House. Each apartment is thoughtfully designed and incredibly cozy. It has all the amenities you could possibly want. The staff is exceptionally courteous and always ready to assist.」

「Viajamos com 5 pessoas. Achamos que o apartamento acomoda melhor um numero menor de pessoas, mas no geral, gostamos bastante da acomodação. Achamos os itens de cozinha um pouco limitados para refeições no apartamento. Fica um pouco distante dos principais pontos turísticos, mas usando transporte publico conseguimos nos deslocar e cumprir o programado.」
