"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"We had a lovely stay overall. The location was excellent—it’s only about a 15-minute walk to Tower Bridge, making it very convenient for sightseeing. We also really enjoyed the balcony and the fresh breeze that came through the living room, which was a nice place to relax after a day out. A big plus was that the property offers a luggage storage room both before check-in and after check-out, which was incredibly convenient and allowed us to make the most of our time in London without carrying...
