"Rosanna was such a gracious and kind host. She even offered to drive us to the train station at the end of our visit! And the room was absolutely lovely. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. I would definitely stay here again if we return to Orvieto!"

"This is a lovely bright and spacious apartment on the 1st floor of a grand and well maintained building, perfectly located for access to shops, restaurants and bars. It's a 10 minute walk from the funicular terminal, and while it overlooks the main street of the town, the entire apartment is surprisingly quiet (thanks to new double-paned windows).The kitchen is new, and fully appointed; bedrooms are frankly huge, and quite comfortable, and each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The showers and bathroom fixtures and finishes are new, and first rate.Our host was quite helpful with local dining and sightseeing suggestions, and extremely responsive to our inquiries and requests. We have no reservations about fully recommending this apartment -- it made our stay in Orvieto quite enjoyable. "

"Loved the space & the location. Loved that there were essentially 2 bedrooms (converted living room). It was tricky getting around by car initially as the wifi was not great in the town & many streets are one-way or not for motorists, but walking around was easier. I recommend downloading offline maps to make sure you get there. Owner also provided written directions, which were helpful, but then we lost our way when looking for parking (we had to wait as we arrived there during their lunch break). "

"Hotel was easy to get to, especially if you are new to driving in Italy (like myself!) No ZTL if you enter through Porta Romana. Valet parking made it super easy. Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. They even held my rental car post check out so I could attend a local meeting. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were very comfortable as well. Thank you to the staff for making my family’s stay easy for us!"

"The ideal location of this luxury apartment made our trip to Orvieto a success. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The view was beautiful! My only complaint is bedding for the pull out couch was not provided even after I asked at check in. There is one flight of stairs to enter the building. There is a full bath up an half flight of stairs and the bedrooms are all upstairs with another full bath. (Adding for those with mobility issues) We traveled with my 87 year old grandmother and our two teens. There was plenty of space of all 5 of us. "
