Facility is clean ,with minimal amenities, ie no coffee in the room. The AC struggled to keep up with record heatwave. The staff was VERY helpful. We would not have gotten to our activities or train at 4am without the great assistance. Overall, we recommend this hotel, as it is a good value.

The hotel was great, with a beautiful terrace for all and a good breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful. The AC dripped water, but did still work efficiently. The major drawback was the bed was very hard. I had to sleep on pillows.

Nice hotel, first time here. Helpful staff, good breakfast. Near a nightclub, so not the quietest place on a Friday or Saturday night, but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless. Clean, comfortable rooms and reasonable prices.

The view from the balcony was amazing and the staff there were so friendly and helpful. There are lots of stairs (if you're on the top floor especially), so if you're like us and have heavy luggage then it'll be challenging. But beyond that, it was wonderful and I highly recommend this hotel (and the restaurant next door!)

You will love it

The staff was super helpful. Even for reserving taxi services. They helped us bridge the language gap with our driver. Told us the sites that we must see in Orvieto. And our room - #503 is fantastic! 2 balconies with panoramic views. Amazing! Can't say enough. Breakfast was good, too.

The hotel was lovely. We were there in a heat wave and it had great air conditioning. They have an elevator and the staff told us all the things to see in the city. Orvieto is a must see in Italy. It was the highlight of our trip.

This hotel was so much better in person than it looked online. The rooms were large and we had a balcony with outdoor seating. The staff were very nice and helpful, the air conditioning worked well which was appreciated as it was very hot while we were there. The breakfast buffet was lovely. The location was central to everything. Maybe not perfect for people with mobility issues, as there are some stairs to negotiate here and there, but that is true of many hotels in historic areas.
