"This property is Extremely Beautiful and so very very well maintained and clean. Our host and hostess greeted us with a bottle of wine and a berry tort, delicious. The surrounding area is so very peaceful and beautiful. We were there for 1 week and totally enjoyed our selves. The home itself is very well equipped with whatever one would need. "We had a lovely time. The property is as described and the kitchen is very well stocked, making meal preparation easy. Views from the property and particularly the balconies are lovely. The pool is a great size, especially if you have older children. Geatano was very helpful including showing us the best restaurants and take aways in town. The ravioli from the fresh pasta shop he took us to was outstanding."

"I cannot recommend this place enough. It is rustic in location, but modern in amenities. Checkin was fast and easy. The staff were friendly and helpful in getting tickets and accomodations set. The location was easy to walk around in, though we are in shape and younger. I was concerned at the quality we might get because the price was so low, but wow. This place made the experience so much better in Orvieto."

"What a great hotel at a perfect location!! It’s close to Duomo, very easy to get from Orvieto train station by funicular and bus A to Duomo. I got a room at a separate building from the main building, so it was very quiet and the room is so spacious, clean and comfortable. There are so many shops, restaurants, cafes, gelateria around the hotel. Highly recommend it!!"

"I picked this place because I prefer to stay in the countryside rather than a city and this place did not disappoint. It was quiet and peaceful. I also liked that they had an outdoor swimming pool, which was a good way to cool down since the weather was extremely hot. The breakfast was excellent, and I recommend their restaurant for dining too. It is traditional Italian food prepared to order without rushing. Be ready to spend at least an hour on the whole dining experience."

"My wife and I had a wonderful and peaceful stay. Surrounded by grapevines and a majestic view of Orvieto! We also had fun doing the cooking class in which we made pasta and cookies. Sampled the vineyards amazing wine while we ate our meal from the cooking class. "
