Utterly perfect

Beautiful location, warm and welcoming host, well-appointed room and bathroom. Couldn't have hoped for more, I don't think you could find a nicer place to stay in Todi if you tried. Excellent value for money.

A treasure hidden close to the centre of Todi

The apartment is located very close to Todi main square and perfect for access to all central attractions on foot. It comes with a on street parking pass for your car, but no designated parking space. Views from the apartment were stunning and unlikely to be beaten, but most of all the helpfulness and friendliness of the owners was outstanding. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to explore and enjoy Todi

Allesandro, the owner/host was amazing. He was very accommodating. The room was nice with a spectacular view of the valley. Breakfast each morning was special. We chose Todi as a home base for five days because it was quiet and convenient to drive to other towns. One big downside, and one that I chose to ignore from other reviews is the difficulty in parking. This is a big problem. Parking is limited and on a few occasions we had to contact Allesandro for help after driving around and around. Very narrow streets, too. Not for inexperienced drivers or for big cars.

Todi's consummate host.

My stay for a week at Residenza Teatro Antico was unsurpassed. Alessandro was warm, welcoming and attentive to every detail. He helped me immensely with suggestions and reservations when needed. Each morning he created a special breakfast, a wonderful feast full of "farm to table" delicacies. My room was impeccable, exceptionally comfortable and charming, with a spectacular view of the surrounding territory of Todi. This is the place to stay if you are looking for a lovely, intimate place in the heart of town, where you can experience the utmost of Umbrian history, art, culture and ambience, while enjoying the hospitality of a consummate host.

Struttura deliziosa, incastonata sotto un suggestivo volto in pieno centro. Locali molto ben ristrutturati. La camera con vista panoramica era graziosissima con arredi curati, il bagno era abbastanza grande con ampia doccia in fondo che ne prendeva tutta la larghezza e con un bellissimo piatto in pietra. Inoltre ovunque travi a vista sul soffitto e pietre alle pareti. Colazione ottima con 4 tipi di torte, buonissimo yogurt e bevande calde espresse. Il titolare molto disponibile si è informato su ogni nostra esigenza e ci ha fornito il pass per il parcheggio nella piazza adiacente. Il tutto ha reso molto piacevole il nostro, purtroppo breve, soggiorno nella bella Todi.
