"Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good parking. Hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the train station where you can take the cable car up to the old city. Best if you have a car since there is free parking below the train station and you’ll need to take the cable car into the old city. Breakfast is fair and available daily. Sound travels from the hallway as well as the street below, esp if you have your window open. AC is in the room but seemed to be hard to modify and the room stayed warm....

In quale modo l’host ha “risolto” in serata. Spazi più che sufficienti ma scomodi. Prenotazione per 4 ma stanza pronta per 3: quarto letto sistemato con un solo lenzuolo. Nessun gancio in bagno per appendere asciugamani. Decisamente migliorabile: basterebbe poco anche perché la posizione è perfetta."

"The place was perfect. Location was great. One thing to mention is upon arrival, if you arrive before there is no one there. However, we contacted them via WhatsApp & they sent someone with 30mins. Have us time to grab lunch across the street which was great! Definitely would recommend"

"This was our final stop in Italy, and it was truly amazing! The property is beautiful and the view of Ovierto is breathtaking. But even more delightful was the food, staff, service, and pool! The breakfast buffet was the best we had in Italy, and the farm-to-table lunch and dinners were delicious. It felt small and intimate, and family-friendly. It was relaxing and a lovely way to end our trip. The entire experience was dreamy and we hope to return someday soon!"

The boutique property is very clean and classy, and the décor is unexpectedly unique, modern, and beautiful. The room was also very nice. I especially appreciated being able to step in from the street into a quiet, peaceful courtyard — the entrance is understated but classy. The breakfast offered each morning was excellent. I would gladly stay at this hotel again when returning to Orvieto."
