"Everyone at this hotel has always been very kind and provided great service. I have stayed at the Seaport hotel for the past four years when I come for the Boston Marathon. Each year, I receive a $35 VIP credit to spend on food or beverages, and I have always used it at Starbucks without any issues. This year, however, I was told that due to company policy, the credit cannot be used at Starbucks, so I was not given the $35 credit. I understand it is not a large amount, but since this benefit was provided in previous years, I feel disappointed and a bit misled. I hope you can help clarify this policy and consider honoring the credit this time."

"Front desk staff were great. Easy check in process. Room was clean and cute. Heating/AC wasn’t great. As part of our stay we had free breakfast. I was expecting a standard continental hotel breakfast. They give you vochures for the attached restaurant. Food was delicious. Shower had great water pressure and the water stayed hot. "
