Very clean, has all the amenities. Also great location. Near 6 line, CVS, and Grocery. Will stay here again in the future. :)」

「Very clean. Nicely renovated, and close enough to walk to the subway. Description is accurate, and does state this is an apartment, however, it fails to mention that there are 4 families living there and the soundproofing is next to none. People just walking upstairs is loud, not to mention if there’s any yelling or kids playing loudly. Very nice apartment, very attentive owner and manager, but know you will be sharing it closely (like connecting doors close).」

「Met up with some friends from all over. Was a great central spot to walk and hit up food/drink places. Easy to access the train as well. Katz deli was across the street and the pastrami changed my life. The one issue with the apartment is there wasn't a great sitting area but we made do with the large dining room table. Location and cleanliness definitely trumped that for us.」

「Pictures don’t do it justice! So relaxing. Quiet and clean. Best we could ask for. The deck is great. It was bit cold so we couldn’t use the pool but we would love to be back for the summer! Very close to close to everything but still extremely quiet. Kelly was also an amazing host. She responded quickly and assisted with a parking question we had. Couldn’t ask for anything more. 5 stars!」

「Deidre was a wonderful host. Very communicative. She answered every question promptly. She stocked the apartment with extra items like coffee and oatmeal in the kitchen, and toothpaste in the bathroom. These are items that you don’t find in other VRBOs. I appreciated being able to park my rental car on the driveway. Location was great, close to shops and restaurants and the beach. And she gave the best restaurant suggestions! I enjoyed my stay.」

「If you need a clean place with a lot of bedrooms, this is a great spot in Manhattan. The host was helpful and responsive. The entrance is right on ninth avenue, which can be quite busy with some people hanging out on the sidewalk, but we never felt unsafe.」

「ホテルやサービスアパートの様なホスピタリティーサービスは全く無いです。サービスは完璧にレンタルアパートとして部屋を提供しているというフロントの対応でした。現地支払いでは、クレジットカードをチェックインで提出を求められる。カード機はないのでカードナンバーを手打ちでPCにフロントマンが記録し、クレジットカードから金額が引き落とされる。現地ではレシートや支払い証明書はない。カード使用控えなども無い。支払いの仕方の説明などはフロントから全くない、身勝手にカードを使われてるような違和感を感じ不安であった。カード支払いに説明を求めたがフロントの対応は（”マリオットホテルではないので諦めろ。）と言った。部屋は広く２ベットルームもバスもキッチンも情報どうり。キッチン道具もキチンと揃っている。国連の並びで窓から１AVが見える。昼間はクラクションの音が目立つがニューヨークマンハッタンなら普通レベル。」
