「Eggs and ham with toast was served every single day. The hot was barely warm but the Hacienda was amazing and we enjoyed our stay. 」

「I loved this place! The room was a little far and downhill but to me it didn’t matter because as soon as I opened the door to my room I was greeted to a balcony room overlooking a beautiful ocean view! I slept the whole night with the door to the balcony open just to hear the waves crashing! The pools were perfect! We order food and drinks! There’s also a lot to explore around the property such as hiking trails and kayaking! And the beach was probably top 5 most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen...

「This property has fake pics of the inside online. Receptacles are all hanging with exposed wires, gate has no lock. No dishes, stove was disgusting, no soap, not even in the bathroom for your hands. Ants and roaches everywhere. No utensils, no shower head in shower. No hot water. No table, I left this room about 30 minutes after I arrived. We did not feel safe at all. Do not book this property. 」

「Everyone we interacted with was friendly and courteous. Even the "nature view" casitas can still see the ocean, and we loved having our own private pool, although the hotel pool is beautiful, too. The adventure experiences with Jorge were highlights of the trip—we did an ebike tour and learned how to eFoil on the river, neither of which we'd ever done before. In addition, breakfast service ended at 9 a.m., which felt too early, especially for guests on vacation, who are often just getting up around that time.」

「More than it was expected. Very clean, comfortable. Very nice decoration with all amenities and more. Spacious. High end appliances. Nice parking. Near tourist places ...but you will need a car. Nearby local restaurants with friendly employees. Host was responsive! Easy access. The only thing I would do is frequent cleaning of area rugs. Will definitively come back!」
