"In my first room the AC wasn’t working but they quickly got me another room with a AC. They kept closing the pool due to thunder which sucked because it would thunder but never rained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful."

"We had an issue with the original home that we booked, and the hotel made good on it by giving us a comped room for one evening and move us to an upgraded room for the second evening. It made up for the unfortunate mishaps with the waterpark because four of the rides were closed, which included the lazy river that was a main attraction that our family went for, but we were very happy with our accommodations. the pool that accompanied the home and the hot tub were a highlight of the evening. The common space in the cottage was enough room to accommodate all of us to sit and have dinner together and socialize. We would definitely recommend a stay there for the seven bedroom cottage and the next time we do come back, it will be for a longer stay."
