"My family and I had a good stay at the Grove. They are close to the attractions which is nice. The pool areas were nice. One of our issues was the hours posted for the restaurants were incorrect. It got to be a little frustrating. Also, we were in a 3 bedroom/ 3 bath unit with a party of 7 and the room only had 4 towels. They corrected it quickly once I called. No kitchen towels. I was charged 3 times for food I never got as the system was not working. I’m told it should refund but I’ve not seen it yet. I would go back in the future. All in all it was a good stay."

"Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room was very outdated and did not look well maintained. Several tiles were cracked, which made the space feel neglected and uncomfortable. Parking was also extremely limited, making it difficult to find a spot during our stay. Overall, the property did not meet expectations for the price paid."

"The room and hotel were great! The room was nice, incredibly spacious and comfortable. Our only issue with the hotel was the front desk staff. I had a package delivered (told them in advance) and when it was delivered the driver took a picture of it on the app showing it had been delivered. Not one but two of the front desk staff told me it had never been delivered despite me showing them a literal photo of it at the front desk. Finally, on my third person I asked did they go in the back and thirty seconds later came out with my package. Of the the men at the front desk as well was just condensing and rude and also asked me if the package I had delivered was dirty videos (it was a hat)."
