「The staff at the front desk could have had a slightly more inviting demeanor. They were short and uninviting.」

「We enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms」

「Love, love, love! Prefect for a family stay and to see all the local museums. I also appreciated the open indoor pool and amenities despite its being October.」

「My room has really bad smell in it. And really i went second time. This property really needs some maintenance. Hope they see this mess. If I am paying almost $450 / night. I feel like it need to be really good. But it like falling apart. The only reason I go and stay is water park. But rooms are just waste of money.」

「Room clean」

「Nice room, good restaurants and pools.」

「Minus the timeshare pitches and 8:30 phone call follow ups, this place was perfect!!」

「The building and facilities were clean and well maintained. We’ve spent more for deplorable and dirty conditions. We were very pleased and hope the other hotels we stay in on this trip are this good. You set a high mark.」

「Everything was going okay until we saw a huge cockroach in our room which really made us just want to grab our stuff and leave」
