Great hotel and staff. Apparently the pool is a view for some guests so loud kids irritate them, and we were asked to leave early. I've never had that experience at a hotel pool.

The Embassy is our favorite place to stay in Williamsburg. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast is first-rate. The staff is friendly and professional. The location is great too.

Colonial Williamsburg—but with omelets!

Lovely and reasonably priced hotel in a great location. Breakfast was awesome. Love the omelets and the chef was so so nice. Dog-friendly and the happy hour reception was a hit with the kids. The room was spacious and the hotel was close to CW.

There was a family reunion there, so seats were limited for breakfast which was already mediocre. There was a fire in one of the elevators and they claimed to have given everyone 15% off but it’s been 3 weeks and still nothing.

Friendly staff, clean hotel and rooms. Cocktails hour was nice and so was breakfast. The pool was warm as well during Winter. Thank you for making my stay feel welcoming, and comfortable.

Outdated but still provided comfort

The stay was fine but an update to the hotel is needed. The breakfast buffet and free happy hour are truly the selling points. The elevators were 20 degrees hotter than the hotel temperature and they were slow. By slow, I mean it took 2-4 minutes to get one. While bot a negative experience, I probably will choose to stay at a more recently renovated hotel next trip.
