「The breakfast service was extremely slow . They were only staff with three servers so it took about 30 minutes before some one recognized us . They did apologize. The hot food was quite cold . The gym needs some tlc , but on the whole the staff was great . I booked a deluxe room and should have received a bottle of wine upon arrival. 「Beautiful hotel with amazing views and a great atmosphere. The property is well maintained and the staff was wonderful. My only concern was the large number of iguanas and the amount of iguana droppings around the grounds. Addressing this issue would make the experience much better. Overall, a lovely stay. The villa was perfect for big family . Have everything and the laundry perfect.」

「What a great location with 5 star views. We practically had the entire beach to ourselves for the 5 days we stayed. The resort could use a little updating but I’m not complaining because I loved every bit of our time there. Breakfast is amazing! I’m so sad it’s going to be turning into a club med. Such a beautiful resort.」

「we stayed in the condos overlooking the water/ships. Definitely a lot of steps especially for us because we were on the lowest floor so it’s three flights down and then three flights up plus another three flights up to the pool but everywhere in St. Thomas is a ton of stairs and walking so if you’re not prepared for that I don’t know what to tell you. 「We had to ask to change rooms, due to lock not working on front door and sliding glass door wouldn’t open properly and wouldn’t lock. Everything worked properly in the new room. We were unable to use the water sports due to the amount of seaweed on the beach. Otherwise the staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee shop was great and the food was good. The hotel is located in a pretty convenient location and it was nice and quiet.」

「The view from our room was exceptional. Staff and owner Paul of New Deep Dive restaurant/bar are wonderful helpful fun people which is on site. New Deep Dive has great breakfasts, lunches and dinners with entertainment. I recommend this establishment and will be going back.」
