「The king size bed in the room was old with the hump in the middle. The room housekeeping was erratic, a couple of days no housekeeping, a few once a day and a few twice a day. Cleaning of the room was superficial, no cleaning of patio. We did not use the spa.The fittness room was nice but the steam room is at the spa.」

「Everything you need in one beautifully maintained resort. The staff were all kind from reception to restaurant staff to the beach hut attendants and the cleaning crews. Honestly, everyone we interacted with on the island was beyond kind, even our young kids made note of it on multiple occasions. 「Room was exactly as described. Cute..small...but who needs more than a bed and a fridge in paradise. Amenities of facility having beach chairs and snorkeling gear for patrons to use saved tons of money at beaches that charge big fees for that stuff. 「We were so fortunate to have found this beautiful timeshare at the Ritz-Carlton Club Residence. We stayed in a 3 bedroom/ 3 1/2 bath residence that was very clean and most importantly it was a much welcomed air conditioned place. The pools were so nice and clean and right outside our place.
