The property is beautiful. The rooms were clean. The staff was nice. The food was kind of expensive though. My biggest complaint is the beds. It was probably the worst beds I’ve ever slept on and I do a lot of traveling. Overall was a good experience, but I don’t know if I’d go back just because of the beds.

Great for what we needed for a nights sleep before heading off to the port to catch our catamaran in the BVIs. Room was clean and comfortable and right near the airport and the ferry port.

Very poor room service , no coordination between front desk and house keeping staff members. To wait at least 30 minutes before any body in restaurant to take order for your food. Need to have more people to handle the problems.

Our room was clean and had an amazing view of the bay. The restaurant is not great. We ate there twice and food came out cold, service was very slow, difficult to get refills for drinks. The bar was good. The quick food cabana was fine just not a lot of selection and they run out quickly so if you want that, go early. They also ran out of beach towels daily so make sure to bring your own. Staff was friendly and the beach is amazing. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We would stay here again. But food options are limited and it’s not within walking distance of anything. We overall enjoyed our stay.

The location was PERFECT a few short steps to the beach and bay!!! We were worried about the location being a bit off from downtown restaurants but the cafe had excellent food and there was a floating taco house boat which e fabulous experience we were able take bus/taxi downtown highly recommend Rooms are dated but fit the ambience and vibe! Good trip with my mom and brother low key relaxing will def do again soon!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Emerald Beach Resort! The staff were lovely - friendly and helpful and the food and beverages were good. That said, service was much slower than we're used to - so check your expectations of instant gratification at the door when visiting a place on "island time." Food took up to 1.5 hours to arrive after ordering (having more waitstaff on hand likely would have helped). Have a "Pain Killer"- THE island drink - while you wait. Food more reasonably priced here than other parts of the island. Rooms nice enough and offer wonderful view and you can hear the waves when you sleep. Loved the beach and lots of activities for kids, including a floating, bouncy-house style obstacle course. Only downsides are beach and restaurant/bar can get crowded when cruise ships drop their passengers for a day; also hotel next to airport so planes fly overhead often, including in the middle of the night. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here...was friendly and down to earth.

Room and staff was great 3rd time staying at emerald beach...only thing was the Christmas buffet was all that great for my son and I paid $100 it was noth worth it very disappointed!

The hotel was ok overall, but could use a cleaning, especially the reception area. The bed was nice and clean. The bathroom's barn door provides no privacy when someone is using the toilet. The hotel is old, and the decor was only partly updated, but the beautiful view from the balcony made up for it.

Flight arrived at 11AM after traveling 12 hours overnight. They have a check-in at 4PM which they strictly adhere to. When we were finally allowed to check in, we were assigned a room which faced an outside bar and grill, 15-20 feet away, so we were unable to open our drapes. Security latch on door broke and looked like it had been broke a long time. Staff very friendly, room cleanliness overall good, bed comfortable. Two inch cockroach in bathroom in the middle of the night! Next time I would stay at a different hotel!

Everything….. we hardly slept as the beds were horrible….. everyday I went to the front desk from morning till night no towels all I heard is sometimes other persons don’t carry them back….. and I think towels too cheap for you guys to be having this problem …. The food at the restaurant on site was horrible gave me belly aches…..really a waste of my money to stay here

Great location very close to the airport with an excellent beachfront setting. The beach is quiet in the mornings and again in the afternoons after the cruise ships leave. It’s clean and perfect for walking. The on-site restaurant is conveniently located and serves great food and cocktails. Rooms are clean and have excellent views.
