Very noisy location with route 35 winding both in front of and behind the property. So you hear constant vehicle noise from inside your room. A homeowner down the hill had a noisy dog that barked 6.5 hours on the my last day. (I know this is not the hotel's fault. But be warned that this hotel is in a mostly residential area.) Inadequate parking--only about half as many parking spots available as they had rooms. Onsite restaurant had been closed since last year due to a hurricane. But their online info does not mention this! They offer free breakfast, but not until after 8 AM. I had to leave the hotel around 7 AM the 3 mornings I was there to catch excursions and to catch my flight home. So I ended up buying breakfast from McDonalds every morning. If I had known their restaurant was closed and that breakfast was served after 8 AM, I would have booked a different hotel. There were 2 locks on the hotel door, but 1 did not work. My room's A/C did not extend to the bathroom, which was humid and had a muggy odor. No pets are allowed, but they had 4 cats wondering around the property and sometimes getting in your way. If you wanted ice or an extra towel for the pool, you had to get them from the front desk, which was a bit of a hike up steep stairs. There was a nice view of Charlotte Amalie and the bay from the pool area--and the pool was nice. The pool and the view is the best thing I can say about the property.
