「Great location. Coffee and hot cocoa available but not until 8:00am. Room was clean but in need of a remodel. No fan in bathroom and floor felt soft.」

「We had an excellent stay and would definitely stay again in the future. Suggestion to have a curtain on the front door for privacy in the evening, especially during the night when people go downstairs to use the bathroom.」

「The location ON the Moose River was gorgeous but the cottages are VERY close so it was a little noisy. The decorations on the grounds for Halloween were adorable! It was difficult to learn how to operate the TV and the heaters (it was cold in the mornings). 「Remote check in by text worked, no issues. Ten feet from water edge- definitely water front as described. Great for families if warm outside. Small well equipped kitchenette with nice size fridge. Beds not bad, very quiet. Beautiful spot, but not my 70 year old kind of desired taste. Kids that like water will love the sandy shore and view.」

「Cute, clean getaway. Plenty of sleeping space, and accommodations for cooking/eating. Owner was responsive and helpful. Wifi worked well, even with all 3 kids connected.」

「A lovely little camp that makes」

「place was very very clean everything was neat and orderly. the host was very good and communicative. the location was okay wish the listing would’ve had more photos of the outside. great stay!」

「Beautiful location with lake view and access. Cabin is cute with a woodsy yard and Adirondack style furniture. We enjoyed the fireplace and the outdoor fire pit. Close to town. Some work needs to be done on the exterior ( painting and staining). Indoors, property needs cleaning in the closets where we found mouse excrement.」

「Camp Orvis is a wonderful house in the Adirondack Park. Clean, comfy and quiet! Host is wonderful! Two bathrooms are also a a bonus.」

「The property was very nice. This is the second time I rented this property. Priced fairly and had all the amenities we needed . Will definitely be renting it again.」

「Yes. We had a very enjoyable visit!」

「My girlfriends and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. We were able to easily walk to all the shops and restaurants. We had all of the space and amenities and parking that we needed. Jason was very helpful and responsive. Don’t hesitate to stay here!」

「An absolutely worthwhile stay. You cannot beat it for the price and the owners are incredibly helpful and willing to assist throughout your entire stay. They stock the cabin with all of the essentials and then some. There is a ton to do near by and the owners will point you in the direction of anything that you may be interested in.」

「A comfortable beautiful place. Stayed in the area for a wedding and felt this place could be visited as a vacation spot in the future.」

「The house was great for what we needed! Ended up around the fire pit and in the garage playing games most of the time, when we weren’t out adventuring.」

「Cabin was exactly as expected. Comfortable, clean, and inviting. We enjoyed our time there.」
