「There was no one at the facility! I happened to run into an employee dropping by and he pointed me toward a room that had been prepared: there was no formal check-in or check-out at all! ROom was clean and well prepared. No food within a half hour drive (the restaurant advertised was closed).」

The location is great, close to small historic towns and places to explore, and there is even a distillery nearby with live music which was a fun bonus. 「Basically was very clean the kitchen had coffee I had to bring my own milk, which is normal. The only problem I had was the bathroom was very tiny and very cramped. I had a broken wrist and it was difficult to do things in such a cramped area. The stairs were difficult to navigate and very steep again with the broken wrist. It was a little hard and the loft upstairs I could not sleep in because there was no railing to hold onto going up and down the steps. If I had not had a cast on, it would’ve...

「Our 3 generation family thoroughly enjoyed our ski weekend and enjoyed our stay here. The "house" is spacious and unique and filled with antiques plus it is a convenient drive to Belleayre Ski Center. The kids enjoyed playing upstairs and most of the adults hung out in the kitchen during the evenings. The beds were comfortable and we were able to maintain the heat in a comfortable range for us (upper 60s). 」

「Very nice insides. Issues are: 1) arrive and see deck with yellow Caution tape across stairs on one side. 2) One of the website pictures is labeled Property Grounds. If that is actually on the property it doesn't indicate that the water access shown is across a two-lane road with guardrails on both sides in different places. 3) Most important is the bathroom plumbing. On arrival wife tried to take a bath; water was dark gray/black in the tub. Nothing in welcome book about this being possible if...
