Shower was warm, good pressure.
Ac is a small window unit
Decent sized refrigerator and microwave.
Comfortable bed.
This fit the bill.
Loved that I could park right in front of my door every day.
Only downside was flies.
There seemed to be an abundance of them.
Not that the place was dirty, might be a seasonable thing, or where they are located, but I shared my room with at least threr of these tiny...

Cable TV as well also never powered up. Live action right outside.
especially welcome was the quiet evening enabling sound sleep.
