「My room was cancelled. I was late getting to my e-mail on Friday, learning they tried to contact me because my card was outdated. Although I had sent a reply, my room was cancelled. I accept blame for not verifying the card on file.」

「Clean, but many basics were missing- No door to the bedroom, no door handle on the bathroom, undrinkable water, wifi did not work, TV broken, etc - Definitely needs some TLC. However, the location is safe and covenient to Owego with cute stores and restaurants. 」
