An excellent experience! The place is very nice and perfect for disconnecting, super quiet and with the river right next door. We stayed at a camping tent and had an amazing time. Additionally, the attention of the manager was excellent, super friendly and attentive at all times. Totally recommended!"

This was a last minute book for us. We stayed for one night. We definitely will come back and come more prepared. The best part was the fire pit and we were able to purchase the wood and everything to start the fire up with the property. They were very nice. Comfortable beds and had a great night.

The location was one of the best places I could of stayed at especially for the price. The owners were some of the nicest people you could meet and you could tell they care about making their guests feel welcomed. The bathrooms even though were outside and shared they were very clean. The owner even helped me start my fire because I never have before and was learning from YouTube but he came over and got it going right away. 10 out of 10 I recommend to everyone. Just bring a portable heat if you go in the colder seasons other than that I will definitely be going again.

Peyper Fields Camp Grounds was a deeply relaxing, rejuvenating experience for me. Truly wonderful. The back-to-nature experience with the comforts of hot showers, sparkling clean bathroooms, luxuriouss mattresses and bedding in large tents (with lots of amenities) give the stay here the best of both worlds: "Appreciation of Nature While Living in It" and "Many of the Key Comforts of Home". Jake and Jennifer, the hosts, are highly attentive and attuned to their guests' needs, as well as to the quality and memorability of each guest's experience. They exude genuine kindness and graciousness in all their interactions. If you want to experience the calm and exquisite beauty of nature with some of the key comforts of home, this is the place.

Best Camping Trip Ever

BEST camping trip I’ve made. The owner was phenomenal and very friendly and always willing to help. Felt welcomed from the start. Very family friendly. I recommend this place to EVERYONE! Right around the corner from a few stores and a fast station and about a 20-30 minute drive to a grocery store. Extremely quiet location.

We had a fantastic stay at this glamping site! The staff 'Jen' was very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The tent was spacious, and the restrooms were very clean. They offer complimentary coffee, a sink where you can wash dishes, microwave, plus firewood for sale. Just to note that the tents don't have electricity, but it didn't affect our experience. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

Exceeded expectations!

Our son had a baseball tournament in Cortland/Ithaca so we chose to forgo the mediocre price gauged hotel chains and do some fancy camping. The owners were super welcoming. The tent was spacious (4 of us) and the location by the river was amazing. I was most worried about the shared bathrooms but they were immaculate & clean. The large walk in shower rooms with separate doors were awesome. The grounds have cornhole and ladderball, volleyball and tetherball. It would have been a great place for the whole team to have stayed and been entertained between tournament games! It's a bit off the beaten path but the cute little breakfast place down the road and the local grocery store was more than enough. Will definitely go back if we are in town again next summer!

So I travel 110 days a year minimum and stay in hotels all the time. I get so sick of staying in hotels. When I found this place I was so happy to have a change of scenery. I had no idea though how it would go. All I can say it was the most amazing relaxing place I’ve stayed this year. I can’t say enough about the hospitality being able to order firewood ice or just help in general right from my phone! Glamping at its best lol!!! Jake was awesome! When he delivered my firewood he also brought an additional blanket because said it might get a bit chilly that night! Unreal! Also it rained quite a bit that evening earlier not a drip got through! The restroom and shower facilities were clean and very spacious! If you are tired of hotels or looking for a longer stay don’t overlook this place!! And I don’t leave many reviews!!!

Very neat experience! We found this place searching for lodging to go to Watkins Glen State Park. Jake and Jennifer were great hosts. This property is the definition of “glamping.” The tent was spacious and clean. Having a fireplace and grill made it that much more worth it, especially with the convenience of fire starting supplies being able to be bought by the hosts. The bath house is also a neat feature if you need to freshen up. Will definitely consider making this my family and I’s yearly trip.

Great place to stay and enjoy nature while still having the comforts of a hotel. Very comfy bed with lights, a firepit, the nice sound of the flowing creek and clean shower/bathrooms, complimentary coffee... What more could you want?

Best Camping Trip Ever

This being open for just over a month was by far the BEST camping trip I’ve had. The tents are comfortable and off the ground and protected from the rain. The owner was phenomenal and very friendly and always willing to help. Felt welcomed from the start. Very family friendly. I recommend this place to EVERYONE! You won’t be let down. Right around the corner from a few stores and a fast station and about a 20-30 minute drive to a grocery store. Extremely quiet location.
