「We loved the grandure of the hotel enerance ,check in very easy, staff very good , as we were a trans couple we were made to feel very welcom. Breackfast very good . Room was clean but the veiw was spoilt by the windows that looked as if they had never been cleaned for years. The entertainment was good. We think that brittania should invest in spending some money on this property and it would attract more customers.」

「The location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel is being renovated. Do not stay at this hotel unless you are assured of a renovated room. We were told that all rooms should be renovated by 2031. A room with a view means you will look through the scaffolding to see the sea. Some of the staff were very helpful but the non-renovated room we had was extremely expensive and not good, plus the spider that sat on my shoe was enormous. 「A convenient cliff top location, with everywhere we wanted to visit during our 2 day stay within walking distance. The sea view double room was to say the least, compact, with no chair, let alone a desk, but plenty of well placed power sockets & a satisfactory shower room. 「The decor of the hotel was dated and didn't reflect the details we saw when booking. The staff were pleasant when we saw someone. The location was good and easy to find our way around. Scratch card were available for parking for a reasonable cost.」

「We had no running hot water other than the electric shower. No wardrobe just hangers on hooks. TV was the size of an iPad. Bottom bed sheet too small and forever coming off. Needs to be clearer when it states breakfast included but it is only cereal. Outside seating area not suitable as soiled with seagulls droppings」

First night was lovely, second night, which I know the owners cannot do anything about, but 2 smokers booked in and because we were near the front door, we were disturbed every 30-45 mins with them going out for a cigarette and being outside talking at 6.30am Saturday morning. Apart from that would stay again」
