「Brillant location pleasant staff」

「We parked elsewhere... After a major let down from where we were ment to stay.. we found the grand and it was perfect for us ..clean and warm .. apart from bath not cleaned (I did it myself) everything was great ..we will be back ...」

「Unclean and run down. Breakfast tasted cheap for £38 for 2 adults and a toddler. Strange setup and nothing like what was advertised. Extremely heavy and fast shutting doors, no good for little fingers in a family bedroom.」

「Great place to stay. Friendly staff - breakfast choice great - evening meals very good. Rooms clean and a great tea/coffee tray in room.」

「The rooms are very tired even the info in the room are dated telling you if you want to call reception dail 0 there are no phobes innthe room wifi is very poor the choice of meals in the bar/restaurant is very limited it was also cold 」

「It is an excellent location, beautiful sea view rooms overlooking south bay, close to local amenities, there is a lift to take you down to the seafront and back again, only cost £2.50, I recommend it for the view. Rooms are serviced every day, great friendly staff, great restaurant and it’s dog friendly too, don’t take my word for it! Just go and enjoy 😊 」

「The room was ok,but you could smell kitchen odours in the bathroom . The evening meals were poor, alot of the meals did not have the ingredients and the meals were poorly cooked. Lacked organisation 」

「Nice clean and comfortable lodge (beach house). Close to swimming pool and pub (which is expensive). Not far from beach.」

「The car park was good and the bar was with a lot of choice of whatever you fancied to drink Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Location was perfect, easy access to local bus service. The hotel was very clean . Fires were lit to add to the lovely feeling of comfort 」

「This is a room in a pub. But our room was to a high standard and almost large enough to be a suite. Absolutely in the centre of Whitby. Breakfast was good and hearty too. Could do with more power sockets in the room, though.」

「Had bad experience this time around waited 20 minutes just to check coz there’s only one staff member running accommodations do he’s never been in the building when ever I needed help there was no only one electrical socket far away from the bed no internet toilet is 2 floors down absolutely ridiculous and also noise from other guests to mention but a few」
