Lovely receptionist - Scott. Was really friendly and talkative, recommended lots of places to eat/go to. For the price that it's at, you won't top it. Beautiful sea view and suitable facilities.

We stayed in room 207 which has a fabulous view of the sea and beaches. The decking outside needs attention and the carpet is stained but apart from that the room is good. Old guy working the bar is really cool. He insisted we didn't pay for our drinks all night.

Great location. I was injured on my holiday right before getting there and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. While the rooms are basic they are clean and have what you need.

Friendly helpful reception staff. Hotel clean but very dated and old building so floors squeaky, walls paper thin and heard every door bang so disturbed sleep. Location, okay about 15 mins into town. Beds really comfortable. Shower wasnt very powerful. Okay for price. Loved the views from both windows!

We had a lovely room with a sea view and lots of space and seating for our 3-day break. The staff were great and helpful when needed. However the whole place is looking a bit tired and in need of sprucing up. This did not detract from our stay and is reflected in the good rate we paid. We would certainly consider staying again .

I stayed with my dog and found the accommodation really good. Although my room could of done with a slight upate it was clean and spacious. I had a beautiful veiw of the coastline. The staff helpful and location was perfect. I will return next year to repeat my stay.

We knew the car parking was limited but theres only 5 or 6 bays so had to park the car over half a mile away. On arrival the staff were friendly got booked in and went to room. Room was very tired looking and dusty in places, bed was clean but covers were basic (rough to the touch). Bedroom furniture very dated and chipped. The maintenance guy knocked 15 minutes later to apply some silicone to the bath as there had been a leak to the room below the previous week. Bathroom was also tired bath panel cracked and chipped in places. The sink tap leaked and the toilet roll holder was loose on the wall. I was woken up by a guests dog barking at 4am. We left just after 8am as we just wanted to get home. On the plus side our room had a great sea view..

the whole experience was excellent the room was lovely with a super view, the bed was comfortable, would thoroughly recommend a stay and would not hesitate to go back. we did have the room in the photo with balcony so probably the best room in the hotel
