Nice place to stay, very friendly owner, excellent breakfast. Lovely location and view from the conservatory. The only problem was the room shower, tricky to control and weak flow. We informed the owner and he is going to look into getting it fixed.

We had a lovely stay at the Harmony Country Lodge. Tony was on hand to check us in and answer any queries we had. The room we stayed in was lovely and perfect for us as a family of 3 and a bonus that it was a pet friendly room. Breakfast was outstanding every morning, freshly made. The view from the property is amazing with a view of the sea and Scarborough Castle.

Lovely property with lovely views and gardens. A nice welcome from the owner. Speedy bookin and shown to our room. We had the smaller room which was adequate for our one night stay. Toiletries , tea and coffee supplied. Lovely sea view from the room. Excellent breakfast. Lots of interesting memorabilia around the accommodation. Would stay again. Thankyou

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at the Harmony Hotel in Scarborough. The hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming, and the staff were lovely. A special thank you to Tony, who was so friendly and helpful and really made our stay wonderful. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend the hotel! 😊

Beautiful location and friendly host and staff who did everything to make our stay a memorable experience. As we and other guests were visiting the Teddy Swims event in Scarborough the host played his video in the lounge and waited for everyone to return after the event. Property is dated but as the saying goes “if it works don’t fix it.”

Tony is a lovely host and this is an excellent value for money B&B. Maybe ‘old school’ for some but it has everything you need, is spotlessly clean and breakfast was great. The only thing I’d say is that if you don’t like cats or are allergic then maybe it’s not for you. Oh and it’s got amazing views 👍

The pots of milk in the room were 4 months out of date so obviously were off. The owner said sorry when we handed the milks back but didn’t look surprised at all! The shower, despite being electric wouldn’t warm the water so we couldn’t have a shower and even if we could have had a shower we only had one bath towel. The owner put the ‘poor water pressure’ down to water works nearby but the water pressure wasn’t the issue it was just freezing cold water. The electric went off as soon as it was switched on. Also be aware, there are a lot of cats which frequent the dining area which set off my allergy and made me sneeze and my eyes water and itch but this could be a major issue if you have asthma etc! Not what we would have expected for a £99 stay. Extremely disappointed. We’ve stayed in dozens of hotels through Hotels.com and this is the first time we’ve felt the need to complain and warn others about a place.
