「clean room, nice staff」

「The Spyglass I had a wonderful stay at The Spyglass. The room was quiet, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. I loved the added touches like the bathrobe and the full set of soap and shampoo dispensers—everything felt clean, modern, and convenient. One of my favorite parts was the balcony overlooking the ocean. Waking up to that view and hearing the waves was absolutely peaceful and made the stay feel extra special. 「We stayed in a room off from the main hotel. It was great with a nice view of the beach and the ocean. Lucky it was a beautiful day and the beach is right there. A brief walk to the pier shopping area with restaurants so close by. Bathrooms are good, bed is comfortable as are the pillows. Good fridge in the room. Good price and quality. We have stayed here several times in the past and it has always been good for a fun day.」

「This hotel is beautiful all around the property. The room was very nice very clean, the bed was a little bit hard for me, and the heat didn’t work. It was just blowing out cold air even when we were upping the temperature however, everything else was beautiful.」

Had an issue with room keys, needed to go back to reception to have them reprogramed. Breakfast was not complimentary because we booked through expedia, third party. 「The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. The elevator is a little slow but nothing outrageous. Loved the coffee throughout the day and the rooftop pool. This was our second time staying there. 」

「The room was very dirty. The bed had hair and blood stains on the sheets. The tub had dirt and pubic hair in it. There was urine around the toliet floor. I ended up going to the local store and got cleaning supplies because I knew we would only be more stressed finding another hotel room for our weekend. I am definitely going to spend more money next year and book at a cleaner establishment.」

「The staff was nice and everything was very clean. However, I will say the property in general was extremely loud. I don’t think it’s a reflection of the property, I think the guests that happened to be There were very disruptive and I unfortunately had to cut my trip early because it was impossible to sleep.
