"STAY WELL CLEAR! DIRTY, UNSAFE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The place smelt damp the minute you walk in the door, there were marks on the sheets, the towels weren’t clean. The water out of the tap was black. Even the bathroom light was hanging from the ceiling. The room looked like it hadn’t seen a Hoover since the 80’s. There was just grime in every corner. "Property was new and clean inside. No noise from other apartments. Overall a good stay. Nearby shop for food basics and near to the Tram line to go into town. No complaints. If security is a concern for you it is very lax here. Lobby door left open night and day, and security staff not a deterrent. Secure access tag for the elevator does not work, so open access to use the lifts. Overall though we saw no issues."
