「Whole experience was excellent from leisure staff, bar staff and restaurant staff all very helpful and attentive. Evening meal was excellent, good choice. Breakfast was also lovely, great choice for adults and children.

Decor throughout hotel was excellent with dining area for evening meal with good choice of menu. Breakfast room was light and airy with pleasant views to the gardens. Staff always seemed very pleasant and helpful, rooms cleaned and fresh towels and bed linen. An enjoyable stay.」

However, one concern was the presence of dead flies on the restaurant’s window sill. Given the warm weather, this issue should have been addressed promptly to maintain cleanliness
